Lead Infrastructure Engineer (ID/PH)

1 What You'll Do

As the Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you will be reporting to the VP Engineering and play a key role in scaling Erudify’s infrastructure, developing the infrastructure team.

• Take a proactive approach in understanding our organization’s infrastructure needs.
• Lead and develop the infrastructure engineering team. Set and measure objectives.
• Spearhead the design and implementation of infrastructure architecture and configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Spearhead the implementation of monitoring, alerting, and security auditing tools.
• Lead the R&D in the realm of infrastructure engineering.

2 Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of experience working as an Infrastructure Engineer (or a similar role).
• Must be proficient in networking, servers, cloud infrastructure, and automation tools.
• Worked with Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and/or similar tools.
• Familiar with Agile software development.
• Plus if you have a penchant for distributed systems.
• Can express your thoughts and ideas well through speaking and writing.
• Value learning, teamwork, and getting things done.
• Fluent in English both oral and written
