1 What You'll Do

  • Assisting students to get the loan (or Danacita’s other products) in accordance with Danacita's operational policy.
  • Ensure timely resolution of all customer complaints and issues.
  • Develop customer support initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction, as we're responsible for customer retention and make sure that customers are getting their value.
  • Working closely with Danacita’s other departments.
  • Supporting Operations and Partnerships team with projects & tasks when required.
  • Create a daily report for CS.

2 Qualifications

  • Have a background in Telesales;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Confident in engaging with our customers and can connect well with them;
  • Able to understand and resolve issues frequently presented by our students and guarantors;
  • Can work in a cross-functional team from diverse backgrounds and rely on others' candid feedback for continuous improvement;
  • Able to carry themselves professionally and communicate well as a representative of Danacita;
  • Fast-learner and ready to live out our company values: Humble, Hungry and Mission-Driven.
