Business Development Lead

1 What You'll Do

• Reporting directly to Chief Business Development Officer and Co-Founder of Danacita (ErudiFi) to help drive business growth in Indonesia especially through building strategic partnerships;
• Identify, qualify, and acquire school partnerships across formal and non-formal educational institutions focusing within the Jabodetabek and West Java region initially;
• Lead and manage Business Development Associate and Analyst assigned in the same regional area;
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Partnerships, Brand/PR, and Legal team to prepare materials from pitch decks to Partnership Agreements (MOU) for all prospects and new partners;

2 Qualifications

• Experienced in business development: At least 2+ years of experience in acquiring new B2B partnerships, preferably with experience and knowledge within the education sector.
• A Communicator: You are confident in engaging with organizations and their decision makers; you connect well with clientsand understand their needs.
• A Go-Getter: You thrive in meeting new people and figuring out ways to help solve the problems they face, and unafraid to try new ways to reach and develop meaningful relationships with people.
• A Teamplayer: You work well across functionaland strivetoalwayslearn from and provide support to our business development and other teams, such as partnerships and marketing teams.
